We understand that you want to try on the bra to make sure it fits.  Please try on the product with the hangs tags attached do not remove them. We cannot accept returns that do not have the hang tag attached. Just be sure to return it with the tags with no deodorant stains or odors.

You are free to exchange as many times as you need. Liberare will pay for one (1) exchange. We offer one free exchange or return per order on all eligible items.

For example: If you choose to exchange a product for a new size, Liberare will pay for this shipping. After receiving your new size if you decide you would like to return the product, you can. However, the customer would have to pay for return shipping.

 For additional exchanges, the customer will need to pay for shipping labels.

We get it, sometimes a style just doesn't work out. You can arrange a return here.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it can take 5-7 business days for your refund to process. After the refund is initiated, it can take your card company up to a full billing cycle to have this reflected on your statement. Please check in with your card carrier or bank.

No, final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Please note all underwear is final sale. Other items marked as final sale will be visible before checkout.

To send back a return or exchange, please use the original packaging your original item arrived in if possible. We also ask that you refrain from combining returns from multiple orders into a single package.

If you received two separate return shipping labels, please send back the items in separate mailers.

Liberare is not responsible for non-Liberare items returned to us.

Currently, we can only issue a refund back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

If you have a new credit card, but the original account remains active, the refund will be processed back to your account. If the account has been completely closed, we ask you reach out to your bank first and email us for further assistance.

We are happy to announce that as of August 2023, we have partnered with ETAM. You are now able to shop some products via their online store in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Czech Republic, Spain, Poland, UK. Items purchased through Etam will be subject to Etam store policy. Please consult retailer’s website.

International returns are subject to a return fee, and we are unable to set up international exchanges.

Yes, an international return shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Please check with your carrier for shipping rates. Liberare can only accept refunds for packages received by our warehouse so please make sure shipping charges and information is correct before shipping back.

After your return arrives to our warehouse, the refund will be issued within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

From there, it can take your card company up to a full billing cycle to have this reflected on your bank statement. The refund will be processed to the original form of payment (or store credit, if chosen in the return portal) and, if applicable, will exclude original shipping charges and/or return handling fee.
